A
Peace of Me
A
poetry book with photos. Cover design by Sidda Lee Rain
Edited
by Dorothy F. Shaw
This
book has a collection of poems that I have written all throughout my life. In
these poems I wrote about the death of my own mother, my children and even a few
different friends. I used poetry as a coping method. One of the poems from this
book was even read at my mother’s funeral. One of my favorite poems in this
book is called ‘Some of the Primary Colors of Life’. Here is that poem:
Yellow
is for the land which grows all the grains,
Blue
is for the sky we see in the day.
Green
is for the grass on which we play,
Purple
is for the flowers that bloom in the Spring.
Brown
is for the tree branches on which birds sing,
Black
is for death, darkness and sorrow.
Without
our primary colors,
There
would be no tomorrow.
On
Amazon this book has a five out of five-rating giving it a one hundred percent five-star
rating. There are three reviews, which I will feature here:

Very inspirational
little poem book.
Poems were well
thought out. Some were cute. Some were very touching. Definitely a good book to
cuddle down with a cup of tea or cocoa with.

Touching poems.
In this collection
of poems, Ms. Williams writes on a variety of topics from people to emotions.
Whether they come from experience or her imagination, she writes from the soul.
I enjoyed them.
I am eternally
grateful for the help I received writing and releasing my first book. I wanted
to pass along my words and memories for others to enjoy.

CLUES:
I’ve often been
known to make people cry,
And truth is, I don’t
know why.
I shed my skin, and
have a strong smell
Some people don’t like
me, I can just tell.
Usually I’m white,
but sometimes I’m not,
And my skin is often
brown, unless I rot.
I am a vegetable,
and I grow underground,
I can spice up your
life, without a sound.
What am I?
An onion
There are two

My next book is
called
#IRL and is based on
true events
As stated, this book
is based on true events. Names have been changed to protect the people
involved. This is about online crime that ended up taking place in real life. Many
events were reported, and the social media platforms that it took place on did
nothing. This book was written to make others aware that the internet is not as
safe as some people think it is. The events that happened here led to the courts
and even caused a conviction. In this book, the Judges were not familiar with
the internet and were not aware that just closing your computer and/or laptop
did not make it stop. Things also continued through text and phone calls.

#IRL is the true
story of one woman's journey through the dark side of social media. Mrs.
Williams chronicles how one couple used elaborate means to disrupt the lives of
her, her husband, her family. As readers progress through the book they may
come to the conclusion that Mrs. Williams embellished the details of her
experiences. I can assure the readers that this is not the case. Every detail
of her account in this book is real. The book is a lesson of what can go wrong
and is just one story of thousands out there of the rampant abuse and fraud
that is taking place on the internet.
I highly recommend this book to anyone who
accesses social media on the internet.

Great read! Being
based on a true story, this book is a real eye opener to how vulnerable one can
be in the world of internet and social media.

Through My Eyes:
Based on a True Story
Through My Eyes is based
on a true story.
This book will open your eyes through the surgery of a total knee replacement
where the patient dies not once, but twice. During the death of the patient,
she sees something that she is not certain that is real.
This book takes you through the surgery, the recovery process, and the death
and visions.
This is the visual process of the patient.
At the close of the story, the author provides you with in depth details of a
total knee replacement.
There are photos
included.
The cover is Drema Williams, my daughter. She is standing outside of my hospital room, wanting to show me that she loves me.
The reviews on this are fifty
four percent five stars. The one-star reviewer did not write a review. Here are
the written reviews:

Great read! Loved how
the writer describes the events.
Leanne wrote:
I was curious to
read this book I love a true story, unfortunately, some true stories fall flat.
This one definitely did not!!! I couldn't put this book down, I needed to read
more and more to find out what happened next! When reading this book, you feel
you are there with her every step of the way, sitting in the same room watching
from afar. It was a true story but had the feel of a fiction novel, which is a
good thing, a great thing. This is a read you need to pick up and take the
chance knowing it will entice you to read more and pick up her other books
being curious about this writer. I love her style, and it is easy read you will
not be bored. Great job looking forward to your next book.

Through My Eyes Book
II:
Crisis
Crisis is about
people going through and surviving an ordeal. Someone on drugs enters rehab and
succeeds! Parental rights are revoked, child abuse is investigated, and a
family must figure out how to survive. In the end the family grows farther
apart. Is this a happily ever after? It depends on how you look at it.
Read and follow along through disturbing and
disrupting life events. See that you and your family and friends are not the
only ones going through things.
Learn from others and their mistakes and problems.
Watch as people change and grow, both closer and apart.
