By Sherry Robinson
When I first started reading and editing this book by
Sherry, I couldn’t help but imagine the commercials for the wrigleys double
mint gum. Which means, that yes, I expected twins, but I never expected
anything like this!
These twins were identical in every way, they even finished
one another’s sentences, and knew what one another were thinking before they
even said it out loud.
Carmen and Carla originally lived in California, where they
had a group of friends that they ‘thought’ liked them. It isn’t until after the
girls move away to Colorado because their father has taken a job there, that
the girls take up a new career stance. Then during a break in School, they
travel back to visit their friends, and learn just how much their friends are
to see them return.
Carmen and Carla aren’t the typical Senior in School. They
arrive at their new school, and are immediately annoyed with the jock, and the head
cheer leader. The students that were most popular, and pretty, and most liked.
Carmen and Carla thought that those with the popularity,
the looks, and the fame, were evil. They would lure them into rooms, closets,
and odd places, and then sing to them rhymes that made no sense at all, all
explaining why they were about to kill them.
The part that is so striking, and shocking, is the fact
that in the long run, the twins live, and are still alive to this day, in the
meantime, the twin’s parents are dead. So, if you happen to see or hear of two
identical twins in your area, always rhyming, and finishing one another’s
sentences, then you know what is in store for you. I suggest you run like a bat
out of hell, while you still can!
This is a five-star book, well worth the read. Your mind
will blown in so many ways, that you will shocked far beyond your wildest
dreams! This book would make for a great movie, and would be certain to leave
you with nightmares! Be sure and grab a copy today, you’ll be glad that you
did!
My
questions for Sherry:
1.What made you decide to write this book and how long did
it take you? This title came to me one day, so I decided to put a story to it,
and once I started to write the plot unfolded.
2. Why did you let them get away
with it and not let the cops eventually catch them? There is no fun in that
if you let them get caught the plot would drop, and so would the storyline.
3. Where do you come up with these
great story ideas? It
just came to me out of the blue.
4. What are you working on now? I'm currently working
on a book called "Whatever You Do Stay Alive".
5. What is your favorite book of all
time? My
favorite book so far that I have written is "Outbreak: A Government
Experiment Gone Wrong".
6. When did you first start writing?
I started
writing in high school, but my first published work was in 2015.
7. What are your hobbies? My hobbies are
crocheting, reading, traveling, and spending time with my grandchildren.
8. Who is your favorite character in
this story? My
favorite characters in this story are the twins.
9. Do any of your books give you
nightmares? No,
none of my books give me nightmares I love horror, and the gory the better.
