Springfields: The Power of Hope By: Nina Rae

Springfields: The Power of Hope

By: Nina Rae

This cover! I love looking at it, it just takes my breath away, it is so intoxicating! Make sure you admire it, I certainly think it is worth looking at!

And the book? Not what I expected either. So, let us begin, shall we?

Let me introduce you to Hope. She has set out on a journey to learn about her family’s secret, both of their past, present, and even in the upcoming future. She is intrigued and wants to learn; therefore, she feels what better way to learn, then to put yourself out there, on the adventure of a lifetime, and see what all happened, and learn first-hand.

However, one thing that Hope hadn’t anticipated, was that the Devlin name would once again appear in the realms of history, and strike a chord with Amelia; thus, causing chaos and sending Hope back into the very distant past.

The thing is, this ends up being much like a quest, and Hope is being asked to do things. She must decide what road it is she wants to take as her destiny, in order to stop the past from traveling back to the future and causing chaos there.

Hope is uncertain as to whom she can turn and trust for advice, therefore, she learns to trust in herself, and all the things she was taught and learned, her higher powers, and the ability to right the wrongs.

Will Hope make the right path choices, the simpler ones, or will she fix the chaos and make the right life choices for all, and return to a happy life in the end?

This is where you come in, and you pick the book up, and decide that it is worth reading, because I led you to believe it. And I think it is just that: worth your time. Because the journey found with Hope, will give you just that: Hope for a brighter future and a great read worthy of five wonderful stars! So, what are you waiting for?

Now here are my questions for Nina:

1.What made you write this book and how long did it take you?

I sat down to write a short story for a competition in the Kindred Spirit, which needed to be 2,000 words long. When I’d finished it was 10,000. I now had the bug to write. I started the editing and before I knew it the book was 111,000, now it was finished. Sent it for proof reading and editing and it was agreed to divide the book into 2 which I did.

2.      Who designed this beautiful cover?

I designed the cover

3.      Do you have any photos or descriptions of the characters that you can share with us?

No not really. I’ve got an imagine in my mind. In fact I’ve been thinking lately that I should put the descriptions on paper.

4.      What are you working on now?

I’m working on the forth book in the series

5.      What motivates you to write?

I get images in my mind and start to write. Sometimes I just see like a scene in a movie.

6.      If you were to get writers block, or have ever had it, what do you do for it?

I forget about writing and focus on something else

7.      What suggestions can you offer for the aspiring writers out there?

Don’t over think it. If you have a story to write, don’t worry about how it sounds at first, just get it down on paper. The editing and proofing comes later.

8.      How long have you been writing?

Since I was at school I’ve loved to write. Didn’t start in earnest until The Secrets of Springfields.

9.      What are your hobbies?

Writing, reading, computer and helping others with the life’s path

10.    Do you put yourself into your characters?

A lot of what happens to my characters has happened to me (maybe a little dramatised). One of the characters in the book is based on a past life experience.

11.    Where is your favorite place to write?

At home

12.    Please share with us your social media and book links:

13.    Anything to add:

It would be great to get an honest opinion about my writing and any suggestions would be gratefully received.
